Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Unvamp ("Unvamp", "we") handles when you use unvamp.fun and the Unvamp program, and why. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
The short version: there are no accounts, no emails, no tracking cookies and no ads. We see public blockchain data, what you choose to publish for a coin, and the technical logs every website has.
1. What we collect
- Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, balances and transactions involving Unvamp coins are public on Solana. We index them to show charts, trades, holders and rewards, and to work out holder rewards.
- What you publish for a coin. Its name, ticker, description, image and any social links you add. These are public by design and are stored on our servers.
- Technical data. Like any website, our servers and hosting provider receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keep short-lived logs for security and to fix problems. We may use your IP address to tell which country you're in, to apply the location limits in our Terms.
- Messages you send us, for example by email, including your email address.
2. What stays on your device
Your watchlist, alert settings, your chosen wallet and whether you've accepted the Terms are saved in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
3. What we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or ID to use Unvamp, and we never ask for or see your wallet's private key or seed phrase.
4. How we use information
- to run the website and show coins, trades, holders and rewards;
- to calculate and publish holder rewards;
- to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, spam, manipulation and abuse;
- to screen wallets against sanctions lists and apply our location limits;
- to answer your messages, and to comply with the law.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with:
- service providers that run the Service for us: our hosting provider (Railway), our Solana data provider (Helius), and, if used, content-delivery and security services. Your browser talks to Helius directly to read the blockchain and send your transactions, so Helius receives your IP address and those requests;
- sanctions screening providers, which may check wallet addresses;
- authorities, when the law requires it or to protect users, the Service or our rights.
Your wallet app (for example Phantom) has its own privacy policy. Its handling of your data is up to it, not us.
6. Blockchains are public and permanent
Anything recorded on Solana, including your transactions and the coins you launch, is public, permanent and visible to anyone, and neither we nor anyone else can delete it. Coin images and details are referenced on-chain, so they remain part of the coin's public record.
7. How long we keep it
Indexed blockchain data and coin details are kept for as long as Unvamp runs. Server logs are kept for a limited time, usually weeks. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We can't change or delete anything on the blockchain.
9. Security
We protect the information we hold with reasonable measures, but no system is completely secure. Keep your wallet and its seed phrase safe: we will never ask for them.
10. Children
Unvamp is only for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws.
12. Changes and contact
We'll post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. Questions or requests: [email protected].
