Terms of Use
Last updated October 15, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Unvamp ("Unvamp", "we", "us") covering your use of unvamp.fun, its pages and tools, and the Unvamp on-chain program (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, or by clicking "I agree", you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
Memecoins are extremely risky. Most go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely. Section 22 requires disputes to be resolved individually by arbitration and waives class actions.
1. Who can use Unvamp
To use the Service you must:
- be at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live;
- not be located in, resident in, or a citizen or company of the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other country or region under comprehensive sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations ("Blocked Jurisdictions");
- not be on, or owned or controlled by anyone on, a sanctions list (including the U.S. OFAC list) and not act on behalf of such a person;
- be allowed to use a service like this under the laws that apply to you.
We may use your IP address and other signals to block access from Blocked Jurisdictions. Using a VPN or any other method to get around these restrictions is a breach of these Terms. Some features may be unavailable in further places, as described below or on the site.
2. What Unvamp is, and isn't
Unvamp is a website and an on-chain program on the Solana blockchain. It lets people launch tokens on Meteora's bonding-curve protocol and keeps a registry so that each ticker is held by only one live coin on Unvamp.
- Coins are made by users, not by us. We don't create, review, endorse or vouch for any coin, its creator, its name, image or claims.
- We never hold your funds. Unvamp is non-custodial. You sign every transaction in your own wallet. Trades settle directly on-chain through Meteora's smart contracts.
- We are not a broker, exchange, adviser or fiduciary. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
3. Risks you accept
By using the Service you understand and accept that:
- memecoin prices are extremely volatile and a coin can lose all its value in minutes;
- coins can be abandoned by their creators, and liquidity may be too thin to sell;
- smart contracts can have bugs. The Unvamp program has been reviewed and tested by our team but has not been audited by an independent security firm;
- blockchains, Meteora, wallets, RPC providers and other infrastructure we rely on can fail, be congested or behave unexpectedly;
- blockchain transactions are final and can't be reversed, by us or anyone;
- laws about crypto assets differ between countries, are changing, and may affect you.
Do your own research. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any losses.
4. Your wallet
You connect your own Solana wallet. You alone control its keys. We can't access, freeze, recover or reverse anything in it, and we will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. You pay network fees for your transactions. You are responsible for checking every transaction before you sign it.
5. Tickers
- On Unvamp, each ticker can have only one live coin. Characters that look identical (0/O, 1/I, VV/W) and letter case count as the same ticker. Tickers are first come, first served, except those we put up for auction.
- Owning a ticker on Unvamp gives you no rights outside Unvamp: it isn't a trademark, and it doesn't stop anyone using the same ticker on other platforms or blockchains.
- Premiums for short tickers and hold fees are non-refundable, including if you don't launch before a hold expires.
- A coin that never graduated, has had no trading activity for the period set by the program, and whose bonding curve holds little liquidity can be released by anyone. Its ticker then goes to a public auction. The old coin keeps existing and can still be traded; it just no longer holds the ticker.
6. Launching a coin
If you launch a coin, you confirm that:
- you have the rights to its name, ticker, image and description, and they don't infringe anyone else's rights or impersonate a real person, company or project;
- you won't promise holders profits, returns, dividends or any rights. A coin launched on Unvamp is a collectible meme token, not a share, loan, investment contract or claim on anyone;
- what you say about your coin, here or anywhere else, is honest and not misleading;
- you are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you as a creator.
Your launch buy is locked and unlocks gradually under the schedule shown at launch. Token metadata is fixed when the coin is created and can't be changed by you or us.
7. Fees
Using the Service involves fees: trading fees on each buy and sell, a higher fee for buys in the first seconds after a launch, a launch fee, premiums for short tickers, hold fees, and network fees. Trading fees are split between Meteora, the coin's creator (and its holders, if the creator chose holder rewards) and Unvamp. Current amounts are shown on the site and in the transaction before you sign it.
Fees are charged automatically by the smart contracts. We may change fees for future launches. Amounts shown on the site are estimates; the amount the contracts actually charge is what applies.
8. Holder rewards and revival payouts
Some coins share creator fees with holders, and holders of a released coin can receive part of the winning auction bid and airdrops from the coin that replaces it ("Rewards"). Rewards are worked out by our distribution service from snapshots of on-chain balances, then published on-chain for you to claim.
- Rewards are not guaranteed. They depend on trading activity and may be zero. They are not interest, dividends, profit share or income, and you shouldn't buy or hold any coin expecting them.
- The distribution service may skip, delay or pause rounds, set minimum holdings and leave out addresses such as liquidity pools and program accounts. Its calculations are final unless there is a clear error.
- We may exclude any wallet that fails sanctions screening, is in a Blocked Jurisdiction, is linked to illicit activity, or that we reasonably believe is manipulating trading or splitting holdings to game Rewards.
- Rewards are paid in the asset shown on the site (SOL, or a coin's paired asset), whose value can change.
- You are responsible for any taxes on Rewards you receive.
9. Auctions
- Bids are held by the program. If you are outbid, your bid is returned to you automatically.
- A bid in the last moments of an auction can extend it, so the end time may move.
- When an auction ends, the winning bid is split as shown on the site: part to the released coin's holders, part back to the winner to cover the launch fee, and the rest to Unvamp.
- The winner must launch within the claim window shown. If they don't, the ticker becomes available to anyone and the winning bid is not refunded.
- Winning an auction gives you the right to launch the ticker on Unvamp, nothing more.
10. Coins paired with tokenized stocks
- A coin paired with a tokenized stock is a memecoin that trades against that token. It is not a stock and gives no ownership, voting, dividend or other rights in any company or in the tokenized stock.
- Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties under their own terms. We don't issue, back, redeem or vouch for them.
- Tokenized stocks are not offered to U.S. persons. You may not use stock-paired features if you are a U.S. person or located in the United States, or anywhere else they aren't permitted.
- Any stock prices or company names shown are for information only.
11. What the Unvamp team can do
To keep the platform working and safe, Unvamp (through a multi-signature wallet) can:
- community takeovers: hand an abandoned coin's creator-fee payout and page control to a new team, at our discretion;
- pause new launches, holds, commitments and bids in an emergency. Withdrawals and claims are designed to stay available while paused;
- change fees and settings, add or disable trading pairs, and upgrade the program;
- hide coins, images or text from the website (for example scams, impersonation, illegal or infringing content). Hiding something on the site doesn't remove it from the blockchain.
12. Things you must not do
- manipulate prices, including pump-and-dumps, wash trading, spoofing or coordinated schemes;
- defraud, scam, phish or mislead other users;
- impersonate anyone, or post illegal, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- use the Service from a Blocked Jurisdiction, for a sanctioned person, or to launder money or finance crime;
- exploit bugs, attack, overload or interfere with the Service, its program or other users (report them instead, see Section 14);
- scrape or automate the website in ways that harm it or its users;
- help anyone else do any of the above.
13. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the names, images and text you submit. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and share them as part of the Service, including in link previews and on social media. Coin images and details are part of the coin's public record and are referenced on-chain, so we may keep showing them as long as the coin exists. To report content that infringes your rights, email [email protected].
14. Reporting bugs
If you find a bug that could put anyone's funds at risk, report it privately to [email protected] and don't share or exploit it. If you report in good faith, don't exploit the issue and return any funds you affected, we won't pursue claims against you for finding it. We may pay rewards for valid reports at our discretion. Other bugs can be reported in our public Telegram group.
15. Other services
The Service relies on others, including the Solana network, Meteora's protocols, wallets, RPC providers, price feeds and our hosting provider. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Links to other websites are for convenience only.
16. Our intellectual property
The Unvamp name, logo, website design and code are ours or licensed to us. You may use the Service as intended, but you may not copy our branding or present anything as made or endorsed by Unvamp without written permission.
17. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or accurate, that any coin will keep its value or trade, or that any Rewards will be paid.
18. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Unvamp and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, funds, tokens, data or opportunities, arising from the Service, any coin, any smart contract or any third-party service, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 and the fees you paid to Unvamp in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
19. Indemnity
You will cover us for any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your coins or content, or your misuse of the Service.
20. Taxes
You are responsible for working out and paying any taxes on your activity, including trades, creator fees and Rewards.
21. Changes and ending access
We may change these Terms by posting a new version here; material changes will be flagged on the site, and you may be asked to agree again. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the website, or block your access to it, at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Because the program runs on-chain, coins and claims may remain usable through other means even if our website isn't.
22. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If we can't within 60 days, any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre, by a single arbitrator, in English, held online where possible. You and we agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of any class, collective or representative action, and waive any right to a jury trial. Either side may still seek urgent relief from a court, and consumers keep any rights their local law guarantees.
23. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours, for example to a company formed to run Unvamp.
